PRAXIS INTEGRAL PSYCHOLOGY and MINDFULNESS RD invite you to the online meeting "One moment at a time: My first steps in Mindfulness". A calm mind is one of the fundamental requirements to be able to appreciate what happens in our lives and flow in our personal and professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for you!
