
What are you going to commit to in 2019? 11-01-2019

It is very important to review what has been happening in your life in all your important areas, see how you feel today and what you want in each of these for the rest of 2019. It is ideal that you take a few minutes to reflect on how you could define that year that has already passed, how you would like to call this new one that began, and what you want to achieve.
Here are some basic principles that can help you:
First, create a vision of what you want for this 2019. To achieve this, it is important that you can imagine it, and then begin to translate it into paper. Then, what do you want? Create yourself or that it be someone else who creates it? I encourage you to take a moment to think about all this, and ask yourself the following questions:
“If you could have or experience anything in your life, what would that be?”
“If you could share something with your loved ones, what would that be?”
-What results do you want to see in your business or work...?
As a second principle, makes a firm and committed decision. When you make a decision you are sending a message to your subconscious to change the direction of your life. This decision will be supported if you are willing to change your thoughts, actions, and the way you organize your time and energy. It's not magic, it's something to work on.
Finally, seek support. Staying in or going back to the comfort zone is something we know how to do very well, which is why we started wanting to make a major change and many times we ended up going back to the same thing. Support can't be just the first week. Look for it every day. Read or research for a few minutes. Create new habits that support what you want and lead you to be a better version of yourself.
