Grief is the psychological process that occurs after a loss, absence, death, or abandonment. It is different for each person; in it you can experience different emotional and physical symptoms such as: anxiety, fear, guilt, confusion, denial, depression, sadness, emotional shock, etc. Mourning is a wound and, therefore, requires a time for its healing; and this time depends on several phases.
