Teenagers, Young Adults and Adults.

Individual therapist who works with teenagers, young adults, and adults, specializing in supporting people who seek to heal and develop a healthier relationship with their body and food. Her therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), integrating evidence-based tools with a human, warm, and compassionate perspective. She addresses processes related to self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, burnout, and pre- and post-bariatric surgery support.

She deeply believes that healing occurs through understanding, compassion, and emotional safety.
